We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools available. The location was convenient, with many restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
Couldn't stay longer.

- The people from the spa kept bothering us about not giving enough tip after a regular massage. They even came to our hotel room to complain.

They said that the room pictures in Bookings.com were not from this hotel! Location: In the middle of nowhere, like in a ghost town. Room: We changed the room three times. After all they gave us the suite (the best room). Very huge. The Bathroom door could not be closed. They room was still dark if you turned on all the lights. (C335 Villa Nummer). Bath/Jacuzzi: They repaired it because it didn’t work. After they repaired it, it worked partly. The water was yellow so we did not use the Jacuzzi. Toilet did not flush after second use. WiFi: Only in the Lobby. Air-Condition: The AC had cool, heat with a scale of low, medium, high. Whatever you choosed it was still cool and high. But there was a heating “machine” (looking like a fan). Breakfast: The seats were partly very dirty, so that you can lose your appetite! Reception: Buy a dictionary and pray! They want to keep your passports for deposit in case you break or steal something from the room. Alternative (after long discussion) is to pay 500.000 VND cash as desposit. Staff unfriendly. City map costs 5 $!

On a clear day, you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery right from your room. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide range of options to choose from, including both traditional Vietnamese cuisine and continental choices. the staff at the restaurant are kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
The check-in process was not pleasant, with some language barriers and confusion over extra charges.

The hotel facilities are very good. The pool was wonderful to cool off. Lovely view overlooking the bay of Ha long. The rooms were very clean and cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet included in the room was very nice and good variety of western and asian cuisine. The spa looked nice but we didnt go there. They also have a gym, water puppet show and small casino and gift shop.
The service of the reception staff not so friendly. The pool boy was rude. The restaurant dinner was terrible and very over priced. Not a lot to do in the area but good just to relax by the pool. We ate at the Novotel near by after the first meal and The Novotel foods and restaurants were great and within walking distance. Another few nice choices close by also. Most of the hotel was blocked off and unused and only a few rooms filled, a little tired and run down.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food options and a great coffee selection. the location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping centers. the staff was friendly and very accommodating, willing to answer any questions I had.
The bathroom in my room was outdated and in need of renovation. the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, but still manageable.

The hotel facilities were really good. There was a lovely pool to cool off in and the view overlooking the bay was stunning. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast buffet had both western and Asian cuisine- plenty of variety!
The location was a bit of an issue, it felt like a bit of ghost town. , it is apparent that not much attention has been paid to the management of the hotel and certain areas needed renovations.
